To work with Memo component properties

Lines: Use Lines to manipulate text in a memo control, on a line-by-line basis

ScrollBars: Set the memo to have the scroll bar at its side

WordWrap: To make the edit control wrapping the text at the right margin so that it fits in the client area.

Alignment: To make the text as left, right or center aligned.
